Dominic Capasso, J.D.

Dominic Capasso has served as Associate General Counsel at Immuneering since May 2023. Prior to joining Immuneering, Mr. Capasso served in roles of increasing responsibility at Evelo Biosciences, Inc., most recently as Vice President, Corporate Counsel and Secretary. Prior to Evelo, Mr. Capasso was an associate at Cooley LLP and, before that, at Cravath, Swaine and Moore LLP, leading international law firms where he worked on corporate transactional, securities and governance matters. Mr. Capasso received his B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
