Limited (ASX: IMC; NASDAQ: IMRN), an Australian based and globally integrated biopharmaceutical company is pleased to announce record

sales (unaudited) of Travelan , an over-the-counter immune supplement that targets pathogenic bacteria and the toxins

they produce in the gastrointestinal (GI) tract.

Sales of Travelan increased 236%

to AUD $3.7 million for the full financial year to June 2024 (FY24) compared to AUD $1.1 million for FY23. Sales of Travelan

increased 209% to AUD $1.0 million for the June 2024 Quarter compared to AUD $0.3 million for the June 2023 Quarter (excludes sales

Consistent with the increase in June 2024 quarter sales, the Australian

Bureau of Statistics reported short term resident returns in April 2024 were 29% higher than April 2023 1.

We achieved a new annual record. The previous

highest annual USA sales was AUD $1.0 million in FY19.

Sales of Travelan increased 74%

to AUD $1.1 million for the full financial year to June 2024 (FY24) compared to AUD $0.6 million for FY23.

Sales of Travelan increased 546%

to AUD $0.3 million in the June 2024 Quarter compared to AUD $0.05 million in the June 2023 Quarter.
