Immuron Announces Resignation of Board Member
Melbourne, Australia, October
17, 2019: Immuron Limited (ASX: IMC; NASDAQ: IMRN), an Australian biopharmaceutical company focused on developing and commercializing
oral immunotherapeutics for the prevention and treatment of gut mediated pathogens, announced today
that Mr. Richard Jay Berman has resigned as director of the Company, effective immediately.

broad experience as a board member provided us with a unique and fresh perspective regarding our activities during our many meetings
