Immunome Announces Proposed Public Offering of Common Stock
BOTHELL, Wash. - Immunome,
Inc. ("Immunome") (Nasdaq: IMNM), a biotechnology company focused on developing first-in-class and best-in-class targeted cancer therapies, today announced its plans to commence an underwritten public offering, subject to market and other conditions, to issue and sell $400 million of shares of its
common stock. All of the shares are being offered by Immunome. In connection with the proposed offering, Immunome expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional
$60 million of shares of its common stock. There can be no assurance as to whether or when the proposed offering may be completed or as to the actual size or terms of the proposed offering.
