Sydney, Australia - Immutep Limited (ASX: IMM; NASDAQ: IMMP) ( Immutep or the
Company ) On 19 December 2018, the Company announced that it had entered into a securities purchase agreement with certain accredited investors to purchase 2,600,000 American Depositary Shares (ADS). Each Nasdaq-listed ADS
represents 100 ordinary shares in Immutep. The company will also issue warrants to purchase up to 2,080,000 of its ADS.

The Company has considered the ADS and warrants to equate to the following fully paid ordinary shares for the
purpose of calculating its issue capacity under LR 7.1 & 7.1A:

clinical trial referred to as INSIGHT-004 to evaluate a combination of Efti with avelumab (clinical trials.gov identifier NCT03252938); and a Phase I combination therapy trial in metastatic melanoma termed TACTI-mel (clinicaltrials.gov identifier NCT02676869).
