A lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina on behalf of investors who purchased or acquired the securities of Humacyte between May 10, 2024 and October 17, 2024, inclusive, alleging violations of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 against the Company and certain of its senior officers.
According to the lawsuit, Humacyte made misrepresentations concerning potential FDA approval of one of its products, the Acellular Tissue Engineered Vessel, relating to conditions at the Company’s Durham, North Carolina facility.
If you wish to serve as lead plaintiff for the Class, you must file papers by January 17, 2025. A lead plaintiff is a representative party acting on other class members’ behalf in directing the litigation. Your ability to share in any recovery doesn’t require that you serve as lead plaintiff.
