A lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina on behalf of investors who purchased or acquired the securities of Humacyte between May 10, 2024 and October 17, 2024, inclusive, alleging violations of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 against the Company and certain of its senior officers.
