Building Trust Through Environmental Services

Training Center Account Manager Leticia Garcia is no stranger to going beyond to deliver exceptional experiences for residents. She’s been working in environmental services for over two decades and has kept resident satisfaction top of mind as her career has progressed.
Leticia began her journey with HCSG as a Housekeeper. There, she focused on doing her best every day and learning as much as possible from her managers. After eight years, she was promoted to Account Manager, where she led her team with hands-on-training and support to deliver the best services to residents. Leticia’s natural leadership and ability to guide future leaders was so successful she is now a Training Center Account Manager guiding candidates through the Manager-in-Training (MIT) Program.
The HCSG MIT program immerses candidates in an interactive training experience, combining hands-on, computer-based training and other necessary skill development in preparation to lead their own department.
With the opportunities Leticia has been given through HCSG, her passion for encouraging her team members to be ambitious in their careers is evident. She shares, “I love to watch my team members grow and be successful in their career journeys. I’m here for them every step of the way. We are like a family.”
When a new team member joins, Leticia vocalizes how important providing environmental services to patients recovering in the hospital is. She says, “We are cleaning patients’ rooms who need a safe and clean environment to heal in. This is their temporary home. We need to make them feel safe with friendly greetings and smiles. I know it’s hard to come to the hospital and be in an unfamiliar environment, which is why we have to treat the patients like family.”
Leticia carries that same attentive mindset when working with clients. She emphasizes, “I always ensure our clients know they are in good hands. I want our clients to know that when they make the choice to partner with us, things are going to run smoothly.”
Just like Leticia, our team members at HCSG strive each and every day to deliver exceptional service. Whether you’re seeking insights or exploring partnership opportunities, we’re here for you. Visit HCSG.com/Services to learn more about how we can provide enhanced outcomes in your community.
