Guardian Pharmacy is experiencing tremendous growth! With added pharmacy locations serving more communities and their residents, we are proud to announce the creation of a new Regional Facilitator, Account Management position. This new organizational role is designed to support the needs of our growing team of local account managers and foster even stronger relationships with the communities we serve.
To date, three seasoned Guardian team members have been promoted into this new position: Chrissy Cummings, Jenni Bennett, and Kailey Perkins. In their new roles, they are responsible for cultivating and growing a strong regional team of Guardian account managers and strengthening relationships with Guardian’s large portfolio of national and regional senior living clients.
Chrissy, who will support the Florida territory, has a long tenure in long-term care pharmacy. She has served Guardian pharmacies in both Maine and California in a variety of roles, including operations and account management. “I have been fortunate to work for an organization that promotes from within and fosters an employee’s growth,” says Chrissy. “I’m thankful for Courtney Oland (Guardian of Maine) and Ron Belville (Guardian of Southern California), as they both helped pave a path for my Guardian journey. I’m excited to grow into my new position assisting our clients and pharmacy teams across Florida.”
Jenni will support Guardian’s Eastern territory. “It’s so nice to have others around you who believe in you and want you to succeed,” she says about the new role. “I’m excited for this opportunity.” Jenni comes to the regional position with over 8 years of customer service experience with the North Carolina-based Southern Pharmacy Services team.
An experienced long-term care nurse and most recently, the director of operations support for Guardian’s Oklahoma and Texas locations, Kailey, will support Guardian’s Western territory. “I am excited for the opportunity to serve our amazing customers and account managers in this new position,” she says.
Wendy Kallaher, RN, director of account management will lead the new team and is optimistic about this bold organizational step. “I’m excited to see the positive impact this new role and this amazing team of women will have on our partner communities and our pharmacies’ account management teams,” she says. “We also want to extend many thanks to the Guardian presidents and teams who mentored and supported Chrissy, Kailey, and Jenni throughout their time with Guardian, especially Marybeth Terry, Tanner Corsini, Kyle Simmons, Courtney Oland, and Ron Belville.”
