On April 26, 2025, thousands gathered in New York City’s Central Park for the 31st annual Parkinson’s Unity Walk, a cornerstone event hosted by The Michael J. Fox Foundation (MJFF). This year’s walk commemorated over three decades of collective effort to raise awareness and funds for Parkinson’s disease (PD) research. Michael J. Fox Foundation .

Record-Breaking Fundraising
The 2025 Unity Walk raised over $2.2 million for Parkinson’s research and public policy initiatives. This amount is the largest ever raised in a single year for the event. These funds are crucial in advancing MJFF’s mission to accelerate the development of better treatments and ultimately a cure for Parkinson’s disease.
