Fresenius Medical Care to issue bonds with a volume of 1.5 billion

Fresenius Medical Care, the world's leading provider of products

and services for individuals with renal diseases, has agreed to issue bonds with an aggregate principal amount of USD 1.5 billion across

The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including

the refinancing of outstanding indebtedness.

The expected settlement date is May 18, 2021.

and services for individuals with renal diseases of which around 3.7 million patients worldwide regularly undergo dialysis treatment.
