Udi serves on ENvizion’s board of directors. A CPA with his own financial consulting and strategy firm, he brings 18 years of experience as CFO and deputy CEO at large firms – as well as 9 years of experience as a director with financial expertise at public companies in capital markets, real estate, pharmaceuticals, and Internet.
He has previously served as BOD member at Haifa Krayot Net Group, financial consultant at Gitan, senior lecturer at the College of Management, and Chief Financial Officer for Maariv, New Pharm (Be), Pointer, and Electis.
Udi specializes in investment banking, M&As, company sale and purchase, valuation, banking debt and credit, business development, due diligence, providing financial legal opinions, and more. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Tel Aviv University.
