Electromed, Inc. Announces CFO Transition
New Prague, Minnesota - March
4, 2020 - Electromed, Inc. ("Electromed" or the "Company") (NYSE American: ELMD), a leader in
innovative airway clearance technologies, today announced that CFO Jeremy Brock has elected to pursue other opportunities and the
Company and Mr. Brock have established a transition plan. Mr. Brock will continue in the role of CFO until July 1, 2020. Electromed
has commenced a national search process to identify and recruit its next CFO.
