KAILUA KONA, Hawaii (April 5, 2010) Cyanotech
Corporation (Nasdaq Capital Market: CYAN) announced that Andrew H. Jacobson
submitted his resignation as a Director of the Company on March 31,
2010. His resignation was accepted by
the Board of Directors by Consent Resolution on the same day and became
effective immediately.
