Cyanotech Chairman Gregg Robertson Resigns
KONA, Hawaii (October 27, 2010) Cyanotech Corporation (Nasdaq Capital
Market: CYAN) today announced that Gregg Robertson, age 76, Chairman of the
Board of Directors, has resigned. Mr. Robertson has been a director of the
David I. Rosenthal, Interim
President and CEO, said, We regret the departure of Mr. Robertson from
the Board and thank him for his many years of service to the Company and its
shareholders during challenging times.
