March 22, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) - MRI Interventions, Inc. (OTCQB: MRIC) today announced it has reached a definitive agreement
with Brainlab AG to restate and restructure the Amended and Restated Secured Note issued by MRIC to Brainlab on March 6, 2013,
effective April 4, 2016.
