A lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California on behalf of investors who purchased or acquired the securities of Capricor between October 9, 2024 and July 10, 2025, inclusive, alleging violations of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 against the Company and certain of its senior officers.
