During June, Calliditas Therapeutics AB
(publ) has issued 9,230,770 common shares as a result of the initial public offering on The Nasdaq Global Select Market in the
United States and concurrent private placement of common shares to certain qualified investors in Europe and certain other jurisdictions
outside of the United States. Thus, as of June 30, 2020, the number of shares and votes in the Company amounts to 47,938,408.
