These locations have received four and five-star ratings from the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services’ Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems Hospice survey for exceptional patient care and high-quality work.
The survey collects information from family caregivers and is a comprehensive assessment of their hospice care experiences with providers. It covers various aspects, including communication with family, treating the patient with respect, getting help in a timely manner, emotional and spiritual support, pain management, and training the family on how to care for the patient. Also included in the survey is the family’s willingness to recommend the hospice provider, providing a holistic view of the patient care experience.
