BrightSpring Health Services (“BrightSpring”), a leading provider of complementary pharmacy and home and community-based services, has announced the acquisition of Roanoke Home Care (“Roanoke”), Martin-Tyrrell-Washington District Health Department’s home health business.
Roanoke’s home health team will join BrightSpring’s Adoration Home Health business and will operate as Adoration Home Health. Adoration will continue operations in Roanoke’s existing footprint, as well as the Outer Banks, NC, and the surrounding area.
The addition of Roanoke complements the home health services already provided by BrightSpring throughout the state of North Carolina.
