Congratulations to 15 home health and hospice locations for receiving the 2024 Strategic Healthcare Programs (SHP) Best™ Award . The award program recognizes home health and hospice providers that consistently provide superior performance in patient and client satisfaction.
Seven hospice locations received the Superior Performer Award in CAHPS (Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems) Hospice caregiver satisfaction. Their overall scores ranked in the top 20% in the SHP national CAHPS Hospice benchmark and were above the SHP national average for each CAHPS Hospice quality measure.
