A lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California who purchased or acquired the stock of BioAge pursuant and/or traceable to the Company’s registration statement for the initial public offering held on or about September 26, 2024, alleging violations of the Securities Act of 1933 against the Company and certain of its senior officers.
