Therapeutics Corp. Announces Results of 2022 Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders
YORK and VANCOUVER, British Columbia, January 19, 2022- BriaCell Therapeutics Corp. (Nasdaq: BCTX, BCTXW) (TSX: BCT) ("BriaCell"
or the "Company"), is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed to shareholders at the Annual and Special Meeting
of Shareholders (the "Meeting") held virtually via teleconference on January 18, 2022 were passed. Voting for each
of the director nominees was as follows:
