(Nasdaq: BBIO) (“BridgeBio”), a commercial-stage, multi-product biopharmaceutical company focused on developing medicines for genetic conditions, announced today the launch of a secondary public offering of 5,000,000 shares of its common stock by the selling stockholder KKR Genetic Disorder L.P. The Company is not selling any shares and will not receive any of the proceeds of the offering.
William Blair, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and KKR are acting as joint book-running managers for the proposed offering. The proposed offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the proposed offering.
