Upcoming Release of warrants from Voluntary
MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA AND SAN FRANCISCO, USA - Wednesday
11 December 2019. Alterity Therapeutics Limited (ASX: ATH, NASDAQ: ATHE) advises that the voluntary escrow of 586,672,964 short
term warrants, each to acquire one ordinary share with an exercise price of $0.045 issued on 8 April 2019 will end when the warrants
expire on 19 December 2019.
This notice is given in accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A which
requires a listed company to tell ASX that securities subject to voluntary escrow will be released from escrow not less than 5
ASX business days before the end of the escrow period, and does not mean that the warrants will become freely tradable.
