A lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts on behalf of investors who purchased or acquired the securities of Agenus between January 23, 2023 and July 17, 2024, inclusive (the “Class Period”), alleging violations of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 against the Company and certain of its senior officers.
According to the lawsuit, Agenus made misrepresentations concerning the development of the Company’s investigational therapy for the treatment of patients with metastatic colorectal cancer.
If you wish to serve as lead plaintiff for the Class, you must file papers by November 5, 2024.
