Affimed Announces Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

Heidelberg, Germany, May 22, 2017 - Affimed N.V. (Nasdaq: AFMD), a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company focused on discovering and developing highly targeted cancer immunotherapies, announced today that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Tuesday, June 20, 2017. The meeting will be held at Hilton Amsterdam, Apollolaan 138, 1077 BG Amsterdam, The Netherlands. The meeting will start at 2:30 p.m. CET.
