ArmTypeDescription
Remote patient monitoringEXPERIMENTALRemote patient monitoring system including the Exacerbations of Chronic Pulmonary Disease Tool (EXACT) tool can use changes in daily scores over a certain threshold level to alert notification to the clinical site.
