Study Endpoints

Primary Endpoints

Objective Response (OR) as Measured by Overall Response Rate (ORR) Based on Blinded Independent Central Review (BICR) Assessment Per Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors version 1.1 (RECIST v1.1)
Up to approximately 4 years

Objective response (OR) is defined as best overall response of confirmed complete response (CR) or confirmed partial response (PR) as assessed by Blinded Independent Central Review (BICR) per RECIST v1.1 prior to subsequent anti-cancer therapy.

Number of Participants with Adverse Events (AEs)
Up to approximately 4 years

An AE is defined as any untoward medical occurrence in a patient or clinical investigation in which a participant is administered a pharmaceutical product which does not necessarily have a causal relationship with this treatment.

Secondary Endpoints

Progression-Free Survival (PFS) as Assessed by BICR Per RECIST v1.1
Up to approximately 3.5years
Disease Control Rate (DCR) as Assessed by BICR
Up to approximately 4 years
Duration of Response (DoR) as Assessed by BICR
Up to approximately 4 years
