Inclusion Criteria: * Suspected of having acute appendicitis * Referred for abdomen CT from Emergency Department Exclusion Criteria: * Body mass index \< 18.5 kg/m2 (ultrasonography is favored) * Intravenous contrast-enhancement is contraindicated
